Our boys are such troopers! They went all 5.4 miles of the pre-trek hike today! Mud, snow - nothing slowed them down! Way to go boys!!

I thought Mike had been reading to the boys for an awful long time. After awhile Zach came up for a drink and said, "Mom, Dad fell asleep reading to us. But don't worry - I covered him up with a blanket. He's fine." He then tiptoed quietly back downstairs so he didn't wake up Dad.

After school today Zach and Preston decided to write a comic book. Not only were they writing it, but they want to try and sell copies of it to people for $1. So if you are interested in a comic book written by two cute entrepreneurs, let us know! :>
Kyle loves to take people into his room! As soon as you go in his room he closes, and barricades, the door so he has your undivided attention. Then, you either sit on his bed and read books, or sit on his bed and play with huggies. It's one of his favorite things!

One good thing came out of having to decorate for the maturation program... I learned how to make tissue paper flowers! After delivering bags for scouting for food all night, it was a nice "girly" outlet!
